NoobGiraffe Privacy Policy

This Policy describes how NoobGiraffe Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and stores personal and non-personal data when you use our websites, apps, games, services or when you contact us.

  • Identifiers: Unique app instance IDs, user IDs, device identifiers.
  • Account & Payment: Email, transaction records, purchase receipts. We do NOT store full payment card data; payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Google Play, Apple, Stripe) per their policies.
  • Gameplay & Diagnostic: Game progress, scores, in-game purchases, crash logs, performance metrics, IP address, timestamps.
  • Communications: Support emails, chat messages, and user reports.
  • Advertising & Analytics: Non-identifying advertising IDs and aggregated analytics. We aim to limit ad personalization; third-party ad SDKs may collect data under their policies.

3. How We Use Data

We use data to: provide and improve the Service, process purchases, prevent fraud, communicate updates, personalize (subject to controls), analyze and debug, comply with legal obligations, and fulfill legitimate business interests like analytics and security.

4. Legal Bases (EU/GDPR)

For EU residents, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security, analytics), consent where required (certain cookies, marketing), and legal obligations.

10. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data without verified parental consent, we will delete it. Parents may contact us to request deletion.

11. Security

12. Data Breach Notification

If required by law, we will notify affected users and authorities of data breaches within applicable timeframes and provide remedial steps.

13. Changes to This Policy
